Thought for Today

Do you find that your mind chatter follows you everywhere? To work, to a party and even into sleep? So, why not practice doing a little bit of 'nothing' everyday. Instead of 'Don't just sit there, do something' try 'Don't just do something, sit there.' Simply let all thoughts pass through your mind and gently replace that inner restlessness with inner calm.
