Thought for today 5-5-2014

How do you talk to yourself? Is it a stream of fears, complaints and mindless repetition of old things?

If we spoke to others in that way, we'd have to apologise! Apologise to yourself and talk to yourself, properly. 
Be supportive, loving, kind, encouraging....

Talk to yourself as you would to a friend, or 
as a mother would to a child, or like a coach or a cheerleader.
