Detox emotionally. How?

Identify the toxic emotion that you want to get rid of: jealousy, guilt, anger, sadness.... And accept what you are feeling. 
Then release your emotions by writing it all down, going for a walk or run, or deep breathing. Or just let it go from your heart.

Flush out all the toxins and you will enhance your vitality and positive emotions.
