Sometimes, we feel trapped in circumstances or relationships.
We think we lack choices or that there's no way out.
Are we really trapped or are we like a bird
holding on to a branch saying 'I am not free, I'm not free'?
The branch cannot let go of the bird!
To be free, the bird must let go of the branch.
To stop feeling trapped, we too must let go of the
attitudes and perceptions that keep us feeling 'trapped'.
When we shift our perception, we can experience a
new freedom that allows us to see the choices before us.
