Thought for Today 13-9-2012


When panic sets in & you wonder how you will ever accomplish everything you need to do, or maybe complete a challenging task - take a moment to de-stress.

Make a hot drink & sit down (you'll sit longer if it's hot). Sip your tea, hot chocolate or coffee. And enjoy a moment of calm. 
Then you'll have more energy to focus on what you need to accomplish.
