Thought for Today 15-02-2013

As words get thrown around, arguments can easily create misunderstandings and wrong feelings. 

Arguments most often lead us nowhere and bring no solutions; instead they intensify the problem.

So, try not to get into arguments in the first place.

But if you do find yourself in a conversation that's escalating into an argument, ask for "Time Out" - take a few moments to cool off. Wait until your negative feelings have passed before you open your mouth and converse.
